THE SPACE
Our spacious, well-equipped home has the best of both worlds : just a short drive to town or the beach yet has the privacy and tranquility of natural bush land.
Close to wineries, breweries, cafes, forest walks, bike trails, caves, beaches, arts & crafts and gourmet food.
Fully equipped kitchen with 5 burner SMEG oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electrical appliances including Nespresso coffee pod machine and cookware.
Open plan living/dining area with seating for 6, cosy log fire for winter months, reverse cycle air conditioning and comfy sofas.
Lounge room has two lounges with TV, DVD player, DVDs, books & board games.
Large main bedroom overlooks gardens and bush land with large windows and sliding door to outdoor area. Queen sized bed, ensuite (with walk-in shower, wc & basin) and walk-in robe.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have one single bed with built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed.
Portable cot and high chair available for the little ones.
Main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and basin, separate wc and fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, outdoor clothes line, indoor clothes airer, ironing board & iron.
Outdoor BBQ area overlooks the natural bushland while being fully fenced. Lawn area to kick a ball. The tranquil natural bushland attracts many varieties of birdlife such as wrens, silver eyes, honeyeaters, parrots, kookaburras and magpies.
Help yourselves to fruit and herbs in season.
Plenty of parking available with a covered car-port for 1 vehicle and a large gravelled area suitable for parking boats/caravan and additional cars.
Enjoy bush walks and bike rides with access through the rear of the property or a stroll around the quiet neighbourhood.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: There is a shared driveway into the property and we ask that you respect the neighbour to the left and reduce your speed when using the shared driveway.
