A picturesque cottage garden with a winter creek, 2 dams and an abundance of wildlife and native birds make this a nature lover’s delight. Secluded and private from neighbouring properties, Kingfisher is a 5-minute drive to town, the beach or nearby wineries of Cape Mentelle, Leeuwin Estate & Xanadu.

PLEASE NOTE: The base price of this property is based on up to 4 guests, and for each guest thereafter a $50 p/night fee is applied.

THE SPACE
The special features of this superb holiday house are the exotic outdoor bathroom, the sauna and the state-of-the-art kitchen. Previous guests have said this property is a “pet paradise” and they love the enclosed courtyard where their pets can be contained.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There is a dam on the property and parents need to be extra vigilant with children – supervision required at all times.
The reserve cycle air conditioning is only available in the living areas.
There is also a lovely fireplace available for heating.
There is a large bath outside available for guest use.
The Jacuzzi is no longer in operation.
Sauna in working order for guest use
Pizza oven on the front deck.
Fresh linen & bath towels are provided.

PET REQUIREMENTS
If wishing to bring your pet, a pet approval is required when making a booking. A $200.00 pet bond is payable per booking. The property is not fenced, but has rural fencing around the perimeter. There is an enclosed courtyard which is perfect for your pet and also a fenced area that is nearby the house.

Security Deposit: if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.
